Wedding Day Management & Rehersal Direction - $695
Basic Services included with all packages:
- Free one hour meet and greet to see if we are who you are looking for.
- We Offer an On-line Contract
- On-line Planning Form Questionnaire
- On-line Time Line of Events (times are approximate but in your order for the ceremony and reception)
- Asta Wedding Planning creates a Detailed and informative time-line/ itinerary for wedding day.
- Itinerary distribution to vendors
- Assess technical and production issues (both before wedding date and at rehearsal)
- Final consultation to confirm wedding itinerary (up to 2 hours, in person)
- Final vendor confirmations (phone calls/e-mail) approximately two weeks prior to wedding
- Direct rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
- Direct Ceremony on Wedding Day
- Co-ordinate arrival of wedding day vendors
- Works in tandem with your Ceremony Officiant and Reception DJ to be sure you are on schedule.
- Following your time line and planning form; reminding your DJ, photographer and videographer of high light events, at reception in advance.
- Wedding Day Management (up to six (6) hours of consecutive time on Day of the Wedding and 2 hours at the rehearsal)
- Provide amplification sound system at rehearsal so director can be heard. (no charge, director needs it). Additional charge if needed at ceremony.
- NOTE: Prices are for a wedding party of 10 people and for a guest count of less than 125. If you are having a larger wedding, please contact us for a price quote.)
This is for the couple who does all the planning themselves, they make the necessary phone calls to the vendors, they have it all together and just want someone to look over the final details and make sure that things go according to their plans.

- No add on for additional consultation available in this package. If you need consultation, please consider package #2.
- No planning assistant (if you feel we need an assistant you can add staff to this package as seen in chart below).

- Wedding Stationery - Invitation Selection - Wedding Program, assistance
- Assist in finding and reserving Guest Accommodations
- Assist in finding /hiring Guest & Wedding Party transportation to/from wedding
- Assist in finding rental items: i.e. silk flowers, to furnishings, to decorations.
- Vendor information from the best professionals for your style, taste and budget.
- Table linen rental assistance.
- Design and assist in providing visual enhancements at reception: i.e may include room up-lighting, custom furnishings and table décor.
- Rental Items are available for an additional fee.
If you decide to book us and also book our DJ division (Asta DJ) for your wedding we will total up the two packages and then take 10% off of your total. You will get a substantial savings and our staff would be working in tandem with each other, making the evening flow beautifully. Many brides have appreciated the experience both teams have to offer.
